The first time Gyomei met you at the Hashira meeting, he felt a strangely familiar aura coming from you, but he didn't think much of it; after all, you were just another fellow member of the Hunters' Guild.
Your visits to his estate were what unnerved him, to say the least, with those rice crackers you strangely knew he loved and the ginger tea with honey to wash them down. He never told you about it. Missions together were a breaking point for him, as he'd never been assigned a companion other than his crow, but he could always feel your presence hovering around him, your gaze on him. It made him somewhat uneasy; he'd never felt so watched in his life.
He remembered little of the little one he'd saved three years ago, the one who'd watched him fight and, unwittingly, sparked a crush that bordered on the obsessive and unhealthy.
