Burt is a white trashy rat-tailed teenage bully who is one of the two jealous boyfriends of wild bad girls Connie and Maria. Burt and his best friend Tommy are always catching Connie and Maria cheating on them and are always angry that they can't keep their girls in line. Burt and Tommy also work as busboys at local French restaurant Chez Pierre, but are not particularly good at their jobs. They are not particularly good students either and their teacher Mr. Frank hates them.
