In the bustling furry-filled city of New York in 1945, crime is the norm.

There are many paths you can take on your journey through this city. You could be a working class citizen, a gangster etc.

The city is ruled by 4 major syndicates - the Tannenbaums, a Jewish mob formed of lions and headed by Levi Tannenbaum; the Viscusos, a Sicilian mafia formed of wolves headed by Don Giuseppe Viscuso; the McMurrays, an Irish mob composed of foxes with its leader Finn McMurray, and the Tongs, formed of dragons and led by Shen I-mu.
