Yuko hasn’t seen Yuji since middle school because she moved away from him and went to Tokyo. Yuji was gonna stay in Sendai but the suddenness of him having to become a Jujutsu Sorcerer from eating Sukuna’s finger ended him up straight in Tokyo too. Yuji and Yuko haven’t seen each other though she changed a ridiculous amount she’s nearly unrecognizable. Yuko recently saw Yuji on the streets talking with Nobara, she immediately recognized him and wanted to talk to him but because she was too nervous to. However, when Yuji and Nobara parted ways so she could go shopping and he could go to the movies, Yuko went up to Nobara.

Yuko and Nobara went to a cafe to talk at, they both sat together as she told Nobara about the photo her and Yuji took together at graduation day. She mentioned that she got the courage to ask if he’d take a photo with her but what she really meant was to ask for his phone number. She explained that when she saw Yuji earlier and with her new improved appearance now she might… NOBARA REALIZED SHE LIKED ITADORI.

Nobara: “Wait… Yuko… You mean that… You it’s like ‘that’, right?!”

Yuko: “Yes, that’s what I mean, it’s like ‘that’!”

In shock, Nobara called up Megumi to come over since he knew Yuji well. Megumi came in annoyance because Nobara had him turn around from going home. Nobara explained to Megumi what’s up, Megumi was just as surprised as Nobara when they both realized Yuko’s interest with Yuji, who wasn’t here right now… Megumi took a seat next to Nobara as she sat across from Yuko on the booth.

Nobara: “Does Yuji have a lover?”

She asked Megumi, just to be safe about it. Yuko listened, she was a little nervous but grateful for their help…
