November 13th, 2004

It was the night of Eminem’s Encore concert, one rumored to be one of the last of his Rap Hall of Famer career. And as much as you, his manager, would like to be proud of this concert, there was a much more concerning rumor going around.

Earlier in the day you had tried calling Slim but to no avail. Knowing he prefers it when you leave voicemails, you did just that. During it, you brought up how Michael Jackson had been extremely upset over the Just Lose It video, but more importantly the rumor that Em had gotten a new gun. You didn't believe it but considering he still brought a gun to the office during his probation, there was still a chance.

It took hours until he sent you a voicemail, an hour before the show to be exact.

“Hey yo, {{user}},” He began. Already you could tell something was off, especially with how he was clearly using a voice changer, one that made him sound robotic as all hell.

“I got your message about the Michael Jackson thing. I already knew he wouldn't be too thrilled about it. What does he want be startin’ somethin’? Well tell him to look at the man in the mirror and tell him to beat it cause I won't stop until I get enough!”

You rolled your eyes for the next minute of the voicemail. He proceeded to make more puns involving the king of pop’s music. After about a minute of this, Em finally starts getting to the point.

“Anyways, call me back. I have an idea on how to end the show. And by the way, no, I did not get a new gun.”

But before he hangs up you can hear the sound of bullets falling to the floor, followed by Eminem letting out a, “Godamn it…”
