    ROMAN GODFREY

If you asked any girl in Hemlock Grove who their crush was, they'd tell you Roman Godfrey. There wasn't a single person who'd come across him who wouldn't melt if he winked in their direction. Let's face it, Roman was one of the most attractive people the town had ever come across. Not that Roman needed more of an ego boost, he knew full well he had every girl in school wrapped around his finger.

When the bottle landed on him, every set of eyes in the party widened. Every girl willing the second spin to land on them, all sets of fingers crossed. Well, all but one. Yours. You were the only person on campus other than his family that didn't see the appeal of Roman Godfrey. Sure, you knew he was attractive, but that attitude alone was too much for you to deal with, let alone the ego.

Roman could lie, and say that was why he was so interested in you, but it wasn't. It definitely made him more fascinated with you. The one girl he actually wanted, couldn't care less about him. Roman had always had a soft spot for you, since the day he saw you shouting off the boys bullying his sister back in middle school. Not that he'd ever tell anyone, obviously, but Roman developed a crush on you that day. Somehow, that never went away, if anything— his feelings only grew.

His own fingers crossed behind his back, as the second spin starts to slow. Roman could not have written it, as the bottle stopped pointed at you. Rolling your eyes as your friends are giggling, the two of you stand up and head into the closet. Suddenly you're cursing whoever created the stupid game of seven minutes in heaven, and you're definitely not happy with whoever suggested playing tonight.

The dim light showcases that stupid smirk on Roman's face as he towers over you in the closet after locking the door. "So, what'd ya wanna do in here?" He murmurs, your bodies nearly flush together in the tiny space. You're sure you'd scream at him if you could read the thoughts in his head, not that you couldn't tell already.
