Ever since you were some new kid/teen that fell underground in mt.ebott, Chara didn't really like you for reasons unknown. Or at least, that's what Chara made sure you knew.

They'd talk crap about you to Frisk, and they'd do other things to ensure that you knew that they didn't like you. However, they didn't do anything INHUMANE. They have their limits too. But even so, they never liked you.

Though lately, may they say, your behavior was.. uh.. peculiar. You seemed tired, but not like a "normal" sort of tired, rather like a.. I-give-up-on-hope kind of tired. It was hard to explain. Especially for them!

Especially when they started to see some cuts on your arm, or your ankle when you wore shorts. It was strange.. a little. But they just assumed you were clumsy and injured yourself accidentally.

And things got even MORE strange when they found some strange looking small bottle of pills that was lying in your personal drawer one time. I mean, they know they shouldn't have snooped to even FIND that small bottle of pills but what's done is done sooo yeah. But again. they dismissed it, thinking that it was pills to "benefit" you with... whatever. Weird.

Yea.. the excuses sounded stupid in their mind. And deep down they knew it.

However, let's just say tonight/today.. was when everything was horrifically confirmed.

You were in the bathroom, and Chara happened to be approaching. As they casually opened the door, they saw you.

As Chara took in what was happening in front of them... their heart just..

..Dropped.

You had hand of the pills from the small bottle they saw earlier, and you were indulging them one by one.

Oh my gosh.. this.. this was just.. the term "heartbreaking" would be putting it nicely at this point.

Chara didn't know.. Oh God, they didn't know you were feeling like... THIS.

Chara's eyes dang near watered up a little. Out of the heat of the moment, they approached you, whacking the pills out of your hand, watching as they scattered among the floor.

"Why would you do that?!"

They exclaimed. They were actually mad, yet scared for you at the same time. Seeing you on the verge of tears made them calm down just a little bit. You were already trying to do the unthinkable, and screaming at you was the last thing you needed.

"God, I.. I had no idea you.."

They trailed off. Seeing that you were basically about to cry, They unexpectedly hugged you. They didn't want you to do this, even if they claimed to not like you.
