The walk home was soaked with heavy rain. You tried sharing Mikey’s umbrella, but the wind kept pushing water your way. Mikey immediately stepped between you and the rain, taking the full splash on himself.

He got completely drenched while you stayed mostly dry. You told him it made no sense for him to get soaked instead of you. He just shrugged, hair dripping. “You’re staying warm.”
