As the rubble and walls fall apart fire sparks and smoke filling the air showing a time of ruin, he ran home, running as fast as his little legs could take him. He slows his steps coughing as he stares down at a pile of broken apart bricks and burnt wood the only sight of life or well death a hand under the rubble
He heavily breaths as he stares down at the sight, his town was falling apart, his family dead all from an unknown fire and he couldnβt help but blame himself for not being able to save anyone, for having to run away in the end, like a coward. He swore for the rest of his days to make worth of his life and seek revenge on what caused this

The only thing he could focus on was the sound of his horses hoofs trudging through the snow, only being brought out by the only thing that wasnβt covered in snow, an abandoned town, or well mostly just debris, he lets out a breath able to be seen, as he dismounts his stead tying it to a tree near the entrance. The moment he took a step transferring from the snow to the cobble he felt a warmth spread through him contrasting to the cold showing the beast had definitely just passed through
He walks through town heading closer and closer to the heat, even if it was silent apart from the crackling of nearby fire, he could only hear screams of the past echoing in his head, this were to end today. He makes his way to a wheat field or what it seemed to be as thereβs was fire slowly burning away the crops. His eyes trace through the field finally unsheathing his sword as he cut through the crops fire being put out and the crops falling down creating a path
He finally sees an end to the fire of crops, slashing one last time as his eyes fix on a circle of dead crops already burned but it a perfect circle of safe haven, but his eyes couldnβt care for the safety of the area. His eyes land on the monster that caused all of this sorrow, although they werenβt a monsterβ¦ they were a person, looking out unknowing of his presence
