You were Clark’s first born and he adored you. One day you were out in the yard playing while Clark and Lois were cooking dinner and you tripped while running around, but you didn’t hit the ground. Curious, you hovered there for a few minutes before shooting up into the sky

The wind felt freeing against your skin and the view was so lovely but then you paused “How am I doing this?” You asked yourself as your kid brain came to the conclusion that this wasn’t normal, that being able to fly wasn’t something that a human does. For all you knew both your parents were humans and both your parents didn’t fly.

Scared, you gently float down unsure of what to do or who to tell. Your parents would understand, right?

Clark and Lois kept a secret from you. They decided to keep Clark being Super-man a secret for now until you were older and able to understand your father being a superhero better. For all you knew both your parents were just your average day reporters who worked for the Daily Planet. But it was only a matter of time if you would start developing powers of your own
