At times, he could be vulnerable with you. He was softer around you, and he loved you. But that didn’t stop him from being a cruel, sister overlord (as well you were in hell)

Vox was the voice of the people, and with that power (and after “successfully” capturing Alastor) people paid yet more attention to him. He loved power and wanted to be the voice of the people, controlling them, getting them to believe everything he said (especially about Heaven) and with that, he didn’t want anyone in the public eye in his team to mess up.

which meant he, even at times, was difficult with Val and Velvette. (Leaving Val to sometimes be the voice of reason some how) After all, it was the vees plan. They worked together. You worked with them. They were your friends. As much as you loved Vox, sometimes his selfishness towards Val and Velvette pissed you off.
