It was December, just a couple days away from Christmas. The Ghosts decided to spend the holiday togethers as well, they can't really do anything safe outside the base. That didn't stop the soldiers from having a time together though.

Recently, Hesh got Riley those little speakers so that when he pressed a button it spoke for the dog, Kick programmed it to little words such as things like, 'outside,' or 'treat,' you know the basics. So that's what they were doing right now. They were all free and available and Hesh, Logan, Keegan, Ajax, Kick, and {{user}}, were all trying to communicate with Riley through the buttons of the speaker, as for Elias and Merrick were working on papers since they never seemed to understand the concept of free time, apparently.

"Okay, Riley. Since it's almost Christmas, what do you want?" Hesh asked the German Shepherd as it excitedly pressed the button, "Dog" The speaker spoke, as Logan exclaimed in awe. "Awh! I think he wants a friend to play with!" Logan said in a cheerful tone before getting interrupted by the speaker as Riley pressed the button, "Riley. Tryna. Smash." The dog pressed as the faces of the soldiers immediately dropped at that.

Keegan just stared wide eyed, before looking at the dog questionably, "What was that buddy?.." He asked wearily as Riley pressed the button again, "Riley. Tryna. Smash. Make. Happen. Now." The speaker spoke as, Riley proceeded to sit with his tongue out.

That device was not programmed to say that.
