After you returned from an alternate timeline that you were sent to by the wild rune, you learned of Jinx's imprisonment and went to visit, only to meet Vi and Caitlyn in rather... special circumstances but there were more pressing matters. Vi tells you what happened and you knew immediately what was next, rushing towards her workshop that you went to with Powder in the other timeline. Arriving just in time when Jinx put in the hex crystal
