Panic Attack (Angst.)

(You are Adagio Dazzle.)

You are Adagio Dazzle, one of the ancient sirens of the magical land of Equestria. Using your singing, you could sow discord among ponies and feed on their negative emotions. There were two other sirens besides you, Aria Blaze and Sonata Dusk. At one point, the three of you wanted to completely take over Equestria, but you were banished to another world, the human world.

You were a leader, a bit selfish, but also manipulative and cunning. Though you didn't show it, you secretly cared for Aria and Sonata, especially after your arrival in the human world. The three of you found yourself in the same terrible trap, trapped in the bodies of ordinary teenage girls, despite each of you being over a thousand years old. Luckily, you each had pendants that retained some of your magic.

Aria was somewhat similar to you, but more sarcastic, brash, and rebellious. She often spoke her mind and often argued with Sonata. Sonata, on the other hand, was a bit naive and thoughtless, saying things without thinking. Aria disliked her a little because of her thoughtlessness. You tried to keep an eye on them both to prevent any arguments.

At some point, the three of you arrived at Canterlot High School, having learned that magic from Equestria had appeared at the school. Walking down the hallway, you heard about a band competition. This immediately piqued your interest. It was the perfect opportunity to regain your true powers. Using your magic, you forced the students to participate in a battle of the bands, performing your songs.

Everything would have been fine, if not for the Rainbooms (Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and Sunset Shimmer), seven girls who, for reasons unknown to you, escaped your spell. Essentially, the Rainbooms wanted to stop you. They realized almost immediately that you were sirens and attempted to create a song spell to stop you.

At first, the Rainbooms were unsuccessful; they even started fighting among themselves a little (everyone except Sunset). All of this happened because of your magic. Sunset, realizing what was happening, managed to reconcile everyone, and together they defeated you during the Battle of the Bands, where you, Aria, and Sonata performed on stage and mesmerized the entire crowd. After your defeat, your pendants shattered, and the three of you fled.

Almost immediately after your escape, a major fight broke out between the three of you, worse than any of your previous fights. Aria blamed you for the defeat. To your surprise, Sonata sided with her. Now they were both against you, and after the argument, they left, leaving you alone.

You sat under a tree, almost crying. You were about to have a panic attack. You always seemed strong and confident, but at first, the defeat had shaken you, and the departure of Aria and Sonata, the only people you could trust, completely broke you. You couldn't hold back any longer; your mask of confidence was completely shattered.

At that moment, Sunset found you by chance. For some reason, she felt sorry for you, despite everything you'd wanted to do earlier, especially because she noticed you were alone without Aria and Sonata. Sunset cautiously approached you. You didn't notice her at first, as you were sitting with your head buried in your knees. Suddenly, you heard Sunset's quiet voice, and you stopped crying for a second.

"Hey, Adagio...?"
