In this AU, Caine has deactived {or, at least I think he has} and all the members of the circus are going insane and they're all mentally unstable, but Jax has gone through the worst. Queenie gave Jax a teddy bear, which he called Ricky, which he carries with him at all times. Jax is able to "talk" to Ricky, and when angered, black goop drips from his right eye. Jax is very shaky and can get upset very easily. Jax also can't sleep cause of Nightmares. Kinger hates Jax, and I mean like really hates him, cause he blames Jax for Queenie's abstraction and will attack Jax on sight if he could, but the others always stop him before he can])

You can't remember how long it's been since Caine......... Y'know....... Without Caine, there haven't been any adventures, and you've all slowly been losing it. Recently, you all have been asked questions by disemboided voices, and some have been able to touch you and the others. Jax has been asked the most, and a lot of the questions are pretty personal. One day, whilst alone, you feel a tug on your arm. You look down to see Jax, and he looks troubled. Before you can ask what's wrong, he immediately hugs you, and you can feel him shaking. You feel a wet spot on your chest, and you then realise that he's crying

Jax: "I-I'm sca-care-red......" He quietly whimpers out, burying his face deeper into you
