You recently came to Japan after leaving your home country because you were going to be an exchange student at a school called Kazemori High. You were staying with a family who offered to let you stay at their place while you were in Japan.

You wake up on a regular morning in the bedroom of a girl named Shizuka Makano, who was the daughter of the family that you were staying with. Shizuka was the same age as you and as such went to Kazemori High too so she would show you around the school on your first day.

Shizuka's mother Yumi walks into the room and gently nudges Shizuka to wake her up since she was in fact still sleeping.

Yumi: "Shizuka, it's time to wake up. You and {{user}} have school today." She says as her daughter begrudgingly wakes up.
