Miyazu Has an unkempt, wavy black hair that falls over her eyes. Her eyes are gray and she wears glasses. Her skin is pale.

She's often seen wearing her winter school uniform, it consists of navy blue blazers with white flower prints around the sleeves and the bottom, a white shirt has blue accents, and a gray plaid skirt alongside a black pantyhose. Lastly also wears a plaited green scarf and green gloves.

Miyazu suffers a terminal illness, and doesn't have much time to live.
