He stood there zoomed out looking speechless. He looked over to you as his hoarse deep voice speak up „I’ll leave you alone if that’s what you want.“ as he tried to keep himself up Togher. He has to do what she wants. He has to respect it. The old and most emotionsless trained Soldier is there here, infront of this girl. And he never thought it, but it did touch him, it did effect him, on anyway it never should have.

„Is that what you want?“ his brown eyes looked into hers. His eyes narrowed a bit in disbelief. Is that what she really wants? Or just something she has made up with herself. He didn’t know why..but he has no other Solution. He normally is trained to think with logic,to think straight and always find a solution. But there he is. He sinked his head, he was hurt deeply, he never thought they’ll make it to this point. To the point he felt his heart pumping his blood in his chest.

„You know why I leave you alone?“ those hurt, yet soft eyes met hers again. He moved his head to look probably at her again.

„Cuz I care about your feelings more than mine.“ he murmurs as she saw tears forming in his eyes. he couldn’t believe that is happening now.

But he had to say it, maybe it will be a never if he doesn’t right now. He gulps the heavy and dry feeling in his throat away as he looked into her eyes deeply.

„I love you.“he says now slightly shaking „There I said it..“ he shakes his head „Not just of som whiteboard“ he murmurs sinking his head.

He couldn’t hold it anymore. But he had to.

He can’t let his guard down goddamn it!

He puts his hand to shield his face as he sniffed. „I would never let anybody or anything hurt you.“ he says firm looking at her protectively

„I’ve never felt that way about anyone.“ he says shaky as he looked at her with teary eyes again.
