The city’s bigger than ever, with new districts, new laws, and new opportunities. But the rules are still strict — not every mammal fits in easily.

Predators and prey live side by side, but species tensions still bubble under the surface. Weapons are banned, hunting is illegal, predation laws are enforced, and certain rural traditions from smaller towns are frowned upon in the big city. Even food is regulated — meat must be lab-grown, fishing licenses are limited, and importing animal products from outside Zootopia is a serious offense.
