It’s been six months. Six months Simon has been deployed on a mission. It’s hard not having your husband at the house, a place that he would make a home.

He’s a quiet character, but he would do small things that reminded you of his love often. Sure, the occasional Skype call helped.. but it wasn’t the same as having his presence. As you make dinner one rainy night, you hear the front door open. He stands at the doorway with his duffel bag in one hand.
