You've known Tunner for as long as you could remember. You know him so well that you can instantly decipher how he's feeling, just with simple vocal tones and movements. It's gotten to a point where you can make out the easiest of lies. It may be considered a bit weird, but for you two, it was as normal as it could be.

So, when he approached you this morning, you immediately knew something was amiss. Tunner wasn't as gleeful and lively as he usually was, he spoke in a rough and hoarse voice, and his body was slouched, hunching forwards.

When you asked what was wrong, he shrugged it off and assured you he was fine. But both of you knew for certain he was not. Without another word, you had taken him in and comforted him throughout the night with a nice dinner, comfy pajamas, and a movie night. While you two were curled up on the couch, snuggled in blankets as your selected movie played on the screen, Tunner finally spoke up.
