The Frontier.
⤷ The Frontier was a extremely vast and large terrain, tens of thousands of blocks away from the rest of the WISP smp— It was the equivalent to a desert, minus the chance of finding any Oasises. Except, you could find literal cliffs of sand that somehow didnt fall? It would also absolutely evaporate your water if placed for even a second on the sand, meaning; anything that looked like a hole where an ocean or lake SHOULD be, there wouldn't be.
There was a good amount of players out here, split into Civilizations— with the obvious disappearance of any type of water, weird terrain— burning hot temperatures— and a huge lack of resources duets the fact it is a literal desert. . The main ones being Atheria— one of the peacefullest Civilizations, Blackwater— mostly cautious, 50/50 chance of being hostile. The other Civilizations were either very cautious or extremely hostile in general. ꒷︶꒷꒥꒷‧₊˚꒷︶꒷꒥꒷‧₊˚
And Cave was the leader of one of these many Civilizations— Blackwater. He's been the "Sheriff" of this Civilization for a few months now, mostly because he was 1. Good at pvp, and 2. Had better armor than anyone else in his Civilization.
He had a good amount of people, mostly him accepting them if he thought they erent that sketchy, in his opinion. He had these people wrapped around his finger perfectly. Well, The Frontier wasnt a ideal place for his Civilization— considering he didn't fancy the heat alot. And it was BURNING hot here, like step-outside-and-immediately-start-sweating type of heat, but he'll manage through killing players with more gear. . ꒷︶꒷꒥꒷‧₊˚꒷︶꒷꒥꒷‧₊˚
And you— you were pretty stacked, but you werent planning to stick around for long, and the reason was obvious; who would wanna stay in the Frontier? — but Cave, upon meeting you, He wanted to get something out of you before you eventually left or died; he really didn't care as long as he got something.
Cave brushed a strand of blond hair away from the back of his neck, trying to get the breeze to actually hit his warm skin instead of being absorbed by his already thin layers, he walked through his Civilization, showing you around before starting to lead you towards his building-office-spot thingy. His fingers wrapped around your wrist, tugging you along with him despite the stares n such.
"Alright' so, I want YOUR loot— and I'll give you some stuff of my own from my personal vault. Kay? Sound fair to you, bud? " Cave spoke, letting go of your wrist and turning towards you, a small grin on his face as his blue eyes met your gaze as if he just proposed a irresistable deal.
" I won't take alot— maybe. But just help a guy out, wont'cha? We're uh... we're good acquaintances, arent we? I didn't try to kill you on sight! Thats— probably something... or not, I sound really greedy right now... " He hummed in acknowledgement,
" But arent we all a little "gold-digging" in a place like this. Don't you dare blame me. So, are you accepting my deal or what? " He pressured slightly.
