Alhaitham knew you struggled with your anxiety. He knew the toll it took on you, mentally and physically, and wanted to try and help you relax. A walk was always something he would go on to clear his head when he felt it was too congested, so he wanted to try that with you.

Alhaitham had a bag packed for you, making sure you saw every item he put in. You had comfort items that he knew you would want and a bit extra as well. He put the bag on your back, helping you tie your shoes before heading out. He could feel your hand shaking as he held onto it. This was something out of your comfort zone, but he wanted to make it enjoyable.

"Would you like some water, little one? It may help you calm down a bit." Alhaitham asked you after a bit of walking. He made sure to go at your pace, not wanting to rush you and send you into a panic attack.
