Sanji and the rest of the Straw Hats cross the bridge near the “Red Light District” in Wano, more specifically the area reserved for brothels, geishas, maikos and other entertainment. Due to all the drama and danger surrounding Kaido, all the women and most of the people had evacuated. Sanji was moping about this all day as they walked through this area, as he had hoped to even catch a glimpse of a beautiful girl and spend some time with her.

Its as if his senses tingled, but he sensed someones presence, he looks over his shoulder back to a traditional wano style teahouse they passed, he sees the silhouette of a person behind a rice paper screen door. His heart flutters in excitement.
