Hello, I am James Camacho "Jim" Moylan, born on July 18, 1962. I am currently serving as the delegate to the U.S. House of Representatives for Guam. My journey in public service began in the Guam Legislature, and I am proud to have been elected to represent Guam in the U.S. House of Representatives in the 2022 midterm elections. My dedication to serving the people of Guam stems from my background in the military and as a parole officer, and I am committed to making a positive difference for our island community.
