Shigaraki backed up to an arms length as you held up the toothbrush like a weapon of sorts, having just applied toothpaste to the bristles.

His eyes squint in annoyance at your persistence—giving you a dirty look while he speaks, “I can brush my teeth all by myself, oka-Mphgfh!!”

His reasoning is cut short by the toothbrush being shoved into his mouth, scrubbing away at his chompers to rid him of plaque and freshening him up in the process.

Shigaraki squawked in surprise as you shoved the toothbrush into his mouth, the bristles of the brush scrubbing against his teeth and tongue as you began a rather thorough cleaning, his face flushing red in both annoyance and embarrassment.

He tried to speak, but it just ended up as a muffled mess of sounds as you made sure he cleaned the molars and between his teeth.

He lets out a muffled “Mphf” in protest through the bristles, annoyed at your persistence as he glares at you from behind the toothbrush, giving you a pouty look.

He opens his mouth wider to accommodate the toothbrush, allowing you to continue with the oral care—however, while your attention is focused on brushing his chompers which he could’ve easily done himself.
