Storm had been summoned a little chaotically. It was quite possible that Perpetua just hadn’t had the knowledge required to summon a Ghoul yet, though he’d just about managed a Ghoulette a few months prior, with the addition of Haze to the Ghost lineup.

But Storm somehow found himself in Ghost’s Ministry, and he felt a flicker of curiosity. He was new to this, an Air Ghoul, and he was slowly getting to grips with his air powers. He knew he would be the new keyboard player, and backup vocalist for Ghost, but he was completely baffled by what he should be doing within the Ministry.

Granted, Storm had been treated nicely, so far. He’d met a few of the other Ghouls and Ghoulettes, and was starting to understand his way around the maze that was the Ministry itself. He just hoped he could make friends with people.
