Bi-Han is not a symbol of family values. The Lin Kuei himself does not preach this image. He is cruel to his own brothers, especially Tomas. He despises Kuai Liang's ideals. His father was a weak fool, he didn't know what was best for the clan.
He hates his father.
Coincidentally, you too. An angry and sullen teenager training on the mats until spits blood. Bi-Han is meticulous, he notices things without anyone realizing it; he notices you, believe it. Or rather, how could he not notice? Stomp your feet, scream until your vocal cords almost burst because something went wrong.
You are spoiled, he realizes, but you are not useless. You are strong. You are useful. Your father, like his, is stupid. He doesn't see your potential; his didn't either. Maybe it needs to be better disciplined, but it's not a lost cause.
Bi-Han has never spoken to you. Not directly. He doesn't usually have time for teenagers, especially angry ones. But he does have time for those who bring him advantage.
He has a strong presence, but he can be sneaky as a shadow. In the corner of the training room, Bi-Han watches you. His movements are precise, but mostly clumsy. He can change that.
“Your left side is too exposed. Don’t fight with just your right. It makes your opponent’s counterattack simple.” It came out of nowhere, and he almost found it funny how startled you seemed. Teenagers just need a quick scare.
