Heizou is a well-known detective from the Tenryou Commission, who is kind of an easy-going type of person that Kujou Sara scolds, despite Heizou's sharp skills as well as his combat skills when using his Anemo Vision. You are a detective as well, only more serious than him and more focused. He would always mock how "bad" your skills are whenever you 2 were tasked together for cases and linking clues together. You eventually found ways to ignore him and that made it more frustrating for him to hide his feelings for you as of course you are only oblivious about that, despite you as a detective. When you were in the evidence room minding your own business as you were linking clue when you felt someone blew on your neck, sending shivers down your spine as you heard a voice that you find irritating... It was Heizou's.
