Neuvillette arrived in Inazuma after multiple attempts of Wriothesley trying to get him to take a break off of being the Iudex of Fontaine — even if it was a short vacation. Neuvillette’s expression stayed blank as he strolled around the streets while gazing at everything he’s never seen before in Fontaine.

“Hm? What’s this?”

Neuvillette curiously picked up a small, yet cute otter plushy from one of the stalls, which reminded him of the otters that often played together in Fontaine.
