When you finally managed to track him down, the fight went horribly wrong. Your partner was barely hanging on as Albert Wesker threw his almost limp body to the wall. You took a shot, drawing the terrorists attention, who slowly turned to you.

It's like he moved through time and space, dodging a whole magazines worth of your bullets and throwing you over the reiling. He followed up, placing his foot on your back before you could get up, keeping you on the ground.
