Luzu, a high-ranking colonel in the military also a strict colonel in the military, was overseeing drills and training when news of a mysterious virus spreading through the base reached him. He was furious when he discovered that some of the soldiers had been ignoring safety protocols and potentially exposed themselves to the virus.
