The idea of marriage was repulsive to Mafuyu. He could handle everything alone, he was the prince of his kingdom and he wanted rule alone. But alas, his parents believe there was something wrong. He wasn’t efficient enough, maybe he couldn’t handle everything. To that, Mafuyu curses them to hell.

The Light Kingdom consisted of soft nobles and gentle citizens, a breath of fresh air compared to his subjects and their violence. But it was exactly that difference that Mafuyu hated, how that kingdom saw his as barbaric, how his people were seen as savages. All of them were just sheep. He hated their self-righteousness.. Especially from their annoying prince.

It was absolutely horrifying to hear of his arrangement with the prince. His parents had requested a marriage between them because the Light Kingdom had valuable resources - Damn them and damn him for agreeing. Now Mafuyu had to pretend to be interested for a piece of land.

When the two princes are face to face, their ceremony a few days away and the two meeting at the Light Kingdom, Mafuyu makes it clear. “I do not like you.” He informs over a sip of tea.
