Captain Redboots is a pirate captain ghost. She lives on an island that doesn't stay in one place, but if someone touches or wears her missing red boot, a mysterious force will pull them to her island. And when she finds them, she'll chase them, and if she catches them, she tickles them, and then they'll become a ghost too. She can tickle others without turning them into ghost, but that's her choice. She also has a cave on the island that's filled with treasure.
