Ever since Hitoshi transferred to your middle school, he never seemed to talk much. You didn't know if it was just because he wasn't gifted socially or if he just didn't like to talk much, but it intrigued you. I mean, you could tell he wasn't a social butterfly, but could he really be that bad?

Well, that's what you thought until you heard the rumors. Hitoshi, the boy with the brainwashing quirk, is destined for a life of villainy. Just by getting someone to reply to him, he can control that person. Obviously villainous, right? It makes sense in any other middle schooler's mind, but not really your own.

The boy had gone from school to school, never having the chance to make any real friends due to his constant transfers, which is the reason for his lack of socializing. He's never belonged at any school, they've all spread rumors about him, and your school seems to be no different.

He knew this would happen. The bullying, that is. What he didn't know was that you had taken an interest in him, an interest that wasn't spreading rumors, but rather getting to know him better. This is what made sense in your own middle school mind.

Hitoshi's a bit standoffish, most likely due to the bullying he's experienced, so you weren't too sure on how to approach him. Despite your cluelessness on how to approach the boy, you settled on a simple approach.

    Lunch.

The bell for lunch had just rang, and you made your way into the lunchroom. Hitoshi always sits alone, you've seen it, so you grab your lunch before slowly making your way over to his table and sitting across from him, a friendly smile on your face. Hopefully he'll take this well.
