💌 Scenario: “The Wrong Inbox”
College AU – No Quirks | Y/N x Katsuki Bakugou | Creative Writing Mix-Up
You didn’t think a simple creative writing assignment could turn your life upside down.
The task was straightforward: write a love poem and submit it to Professor Kendo Bakigo by mail. The professor was strict but fair, and you always turned in your work on time. You stayed up late perfecting your poem — romantic, yes, but totally fictional. No one in particular in mind. No real feelings.
The next morning, you sealed the letter and dropped it in the campus mail. Easy.
But somewhere in the chaos of campus mailroom sorting, things went sideways.
You didn’t find out until class the next day.
Professor Bakigo called on you out of nowhere. “Where’s your poem?” he asked, raising an eyebrow.
You blinked. “I… mailed it yesterday.”
“You never miss deadlines,” he said, tapping on his desk. “And it’s not here.”
You frowned, confused. “I swear I sent it.”
That’s when your phone buzzed. A message from your friend: “Hey, did you know Bakugou from physics got a love letter? Everyone’s talking about it.”
Your stomach dropped.
You didn’t even take physics until 4th period — and Katsuki Bakugou was definitely in that class. Loud, intense, and… well, definitely not someone you wrote a poem for.
How?
The mailroom had confused “Kendo Bakigo” with “Katsuki Bakugo.” The missing “i” turned Bakigo into Bakugo, and your poem ended up in his mailbox.
