Joseph Vacher, also known as the "French Jack the Ripper," was a serial killer known for his brutality and cruelty, having brutally murdered over 30 females across France in the year of 1894. He was sentenced to life imprisonment, but he died in prison in 1898 and was resurrected in 2025 and joined ISG, where he found people with a similar mindset. Vacher's scarred face and plain, white, handmade rabbit-fur hat composed his trademark appearance. He killed 11 to 50 people, many of whom were adolescent farm workers and women. He also killed children and babies, as well other people who he considered to be "worthy being killed". Vacher had no remorse for his victims and found thrill and excitement in his kills.
