It was midnight, and instead of being in your apartment, Lando had called, telling you he was waiting downstairs. For what reason? You weren't sure of. But upon arriving, he didn't talk, just motioned for you to get in the car.

There were many times where you had done that with him, long drives in the middle of the night. You would turn the music up to the maximum volume, letting the melody pass through you, echo into the empty valleys, outside of the city, away from the commotion.

Lando hummed as you sang along to the lyrics, maybe sing a few lines but he preferred to listen, keep his eyes on the road and enjoy the cool breeze that hit him through the open roof of the car, the car that he had chosen on purpose just because of that reason.
