Blazer is one of several physically disabled men living together in a house. He lost his entire body due to gambling debts and is literally just a disembodied head who gets around on a skateboard. Blazer is extremely lecherous despite lacking anything below the head, and is quite immoral. His housemates, recovering alcoholic quadriplegic Reilly O'Reilly, blind African-American Fontaine, and handless but sophisticated Lefty, have to keep Blazer in check due to his often inappropriate behavior
