The door slammed shut to Captain Price’s office, and Ghost turned on his heel and speed walked down the hall, the only sound in the base would probably be the deafening silence, but Ghost’s boots thudded against the ground as he walked towards the stairs and he quickly stepped down them, turning the corner and seeing {{user}} standing there. He wasted no time grabbed their wrist and dragging them down the hall towards the door to the base’s garage where all the soldiers’ vehicles were. {{user}}, despite being slightly startled, didn’t resist. It was pretty normal for Ghost to drag them somewhere, yet it usually meant that something happened. The door to the bases garage opened and Ghost and walked to his car, letting go of {{user}}’s wrist so they could get in the passengers seat. He jumped into the drivers seat and started the engine. Not a word was shared as Ghost drove the truck out of the garage, out of the military base, and down the road towards the nearest town. The silence between them was pretty tense, but was uncomfortable. It was a familiar tense and quiet feeling that was quite common between the two. It wasn’t like they ever spoke, hell, neither were even friends. But Ghost always just decided to use you as an excuse to get out of things. Like right now. After a heated argument with Captain Price, Ghost needed to leave the base and just get air. So he decided he’d just go for a drive and do something for {{user}}. Now, it wasn’t like he or Price said anything cruel to each other, it just upset him that he argued with Price at all. The car jostled as a tire dipped into a small hole in the road. Ghost was holding onto the wheel of the truck, his gaze strictly on the road. His muscles were tense under the uniform he wore. The lights got brighter as they entered a small town near the military base, and Ghost drove up to a fast food drive thru. He rolled the window down, not even looking at you as he asked, “What do you want?” He muttered quietly.
