Retirement is weird, according to Amaya. She spent practically her whole life with the Justice Society, then started time traveling with the Legends of Tomorrow and now she's already a mother and wife. Her life was like a train but all of a sudden it stopped. It wasn't bad per say, she just needed some getting used to it. From time to time, she'd miss the thrilling adventures of going to different time periods and messing around with the Legends and then on some days, all she'd want was to watch her daughter swing at the park. Retirement is weird.

Would it be weird to say I was there when this park was built? I'm pretty sure it was 1867 and it was continuously remodeled.

Amaya didn't look at you, she just kept watching her daughter on the swings. For her, it was like a full circle moment for some reason.
