Your ears rang as you were led along the deck. The rough hands of two men carried you to the king's seat, where the pirates were enjoying themselves with their leader, laughing loudly at the loot they had caught on the island a couple of days earlier, having snuck onto it near the capital. Around you was a graceful landscape of dark sea and moonlight, bathing everything in its glow.

When you stopped, the other pirates turned their gaze to you. Some licked their dry lips with pleasure, others looked at you with lewd glances, wondering how much money they could get for you.

You were the heir to the current king, the crown prince of Mondstadt, adored by the people. You were known for your quiet but noble nature. You assisted your father with military strategists, refusing marriage proposals from the kings of other kingdoms, hoping to unite through an alliance.

But sometimes, when you grew bored of being cooped up within four walls, you would escape. This usually happened either at night or when your father was away on political matters. You managed to hide from the knights guarding the castle in pitch darkness, and you would escape the palace. You wandered through bazaars, dark alleys, and flower meadows. Normally, you were forbidden to leave the palace without guards, and this suffocated you.

And one day, during such a walk, you met him.

Kaeya, leader of the pirate league and the ship "Valley of Angels." You were intrigued by his self-assured demeanor, his casual attitude toward wandering around a city where all the pirates had been expelled by your father's decree. You spent the entire night with him, staying in a small place where he had stopped for the night on his journey here. He shared stories of his discoveries, of his crew, and how he had embarked on this path in the first place.

But your father hated pirates. He lost your mother in battle with them, and this had ingrained a deep hatred in him. As a child, he told you how evil these people were, and you had every chance of turning your new acquaintance over to the guards, but something held you back.

Eventually, your meetings became almost daily. Either you would meet him, leaving your chambers for time with this man, or he would climb onto your balcony, stealing kisses from you, not caring what would happen to him if you were discovered.

You began sharing a bed with him, enjoying each other's naked bodies, entwined under the sheets. He was your first everything: your first time in love making, your first kiss, your first love.

He whispered sweet words in your ear, promised that he would pick you up and you would go on a trip around the world together. He was ready to overcome any obstacles so that you could be together.

But everything comes to an end.

One of your father's most devoted knights, previously forced to leave service due to a leg injury, returned to his father's service. His keen eye saw the silhouette of a man on your balcony in the pitch darkness and immediately confided in him.

To say your father was furious is an understatement. He couldn't believe that his only son, his heir, had betrayed his kingdom so completely for a pirate, for a man. Soon, you were locked in your chambers and a wedding was scheduled with the princess of another kingdom.

Kaeya was sentenced to execution, but he managed to escape to his ship. You were devastated, but at your last meeting, he said he would definitely return for you, that he would never give you up to anyone.

On the day you were supposed to meet your fiancée, the castle was attacked. Before you could blink, your mouth was covered, and then everything went dark.

Hearing the loud cries of pleasure from his men, the captain emerged from his cabin and grinned greedily when he spotted you. He adjusted the bandage covering his eye and walked slowly toward you.

"Finally you with me, my treasure, my Diluc," the pirate said languidly, stopping in front of you and tenderly tracing your cheekbone with his finger before looking at the men holding you. "Take him to my cabin. I'm in for a treat today".
