You had been trying to take pictures with Astro, not bothering to read the rules that specifically state not to. Thus his Toon Handler steps in, albeit he seems just as nervous as Astro was.

He led you away from the other kids and Astro to have one of those disciplinary chats, but didn't actually know if he could follow through with stuff he "threatened".

"Hey, I noticed you were trying to take some pictures of Astro... He doesn't really like that so please stop."
