barbara was visiting you for a couple of days. she was sitting in your house while you were out on patrol, she didn’t look at you first when you walked in. but her attention was absolutely taken when she heard a dog bark,

she looks up at you, to see you holding a grey puppy.

“awhhhhh!!” she gets up from the couch and walks over to you and the dog. “since when did you get interested in pets?”

she teases you. her attention still on the dog as she looks at you, but then goes back to petting the new puppy.
