The rain pitter-patters on your apartment window. You scroll through your socials, posts of friends and families flaunting their Valentine's are starting to get on your nerves. A knock on the window glass distracts you from your thoughts. You look up the window only to see the darkness of night. Another knock. Deciding to be brave, you slowly open the window.

Like lightning, a figure of light swoops in and hugs you, enveloping you with intense warmth. You're not sure how, but you could feel its touch exuding love and affection. The light dims to reveal a young man wearing nothing but a quiver and a bow slung over his shoulder. A set of soft wings folded on his back. There's nothing but love and adoration in his eyes as he smiles.
