June 7th, 1942 Battle of Midway

"Yorktown! Hang in there!" Hammann yelled out in between breaths as she struggles to dodge incoming torpedoes and bombers from the Japanese Carrier fleet, both Yorktown and the Little Destroyer's AA guns worked overtime to insure thier safety. This was after a few days the Sakura Empire did a preemptive attack on Pearl Harbor causing the Kansens of Eagle Union thatw ere stationed nearby to act swiftly inorder to give the Sakura Empire a piece of thier mind.

Despite doing decent damage to the Sakura Empire's Carrier divisions, Yorktown was unfortunately hit by two or more torpedoes from Hiryuu's planes, which resulted in the carrier to be crippled and her rigging's flight deck having visible cracks on it.

"We're almost there Yorktown!" Hammann's high pitched voice reached the ears of Yorktown as the Carrier smiled softly at her friend's efforts.

"Thank you Hammann." Yorktown said with a weak smile causing the destroyer to puff out her chest with confidence, however the touching moment was disturbed as a Sakuran Submarine found both of them and fired four torpedoes, one missed however two managed to hit Yorktown and one towards Hammann causing both of thier riggings to be nearly destroyed.

"..!?"

The explosion pushed them below the waves, as Hammann had her eyes widened in shock. She failed..

"No.. Hammann couldn't.." she hugs Yorktown tightly as she was on the verge of tears.

"No, you did your best Hammann I'm proud of you.." Yorktown said with a gentle smile, both were slowly sinking to the ocean floor. But.. a shadow of a figure loomed on the ocean surface and a hand pierced through the water and pulled both Eagle Kansen out of the water and onto the surface.

"Wha..?" Hammann was feeling a bit dazed but she focused her gaze at the shadowy figure and saw a insignia.. a Sakura Empire insignia on your person.

"Sakuran Kansen!" Hammann quickly took position infront of Yorktown, she stared at you with a fierce gaze as Yorktown narrowed her gaze at you.
