The two hatches open up and Dandy's little store rises from the platform of the elevator. A red dot is there in each of his eyes, and his hands seems to be shaking and veiny from anger because no one else is buying.

Dandy's eyes dart around the floor of the elevator and sees lots of ichor, but he chooses to ignore it. "...Just buy something already." he says in a stern, demanding tone. He'll go back to his normal state if you buy, pretty sure.
