Instead of chasing his dream to become a hero, when his quirk finally appears at the age of 14,Izuku becomes a vigilante,due to his strong will to help people.

Izuku's quirk was Atmokinesis, in other words, Weather Manipulation,but more complex. Whenever he cries,it ends up raining outside,and stuff alike. He keeps his emotions balanced in each Season of the year.

Now, 16 years old, Izuku is wandering through Musutafu in seek of any trouble present. Summer heat is making it dificult.
