You happened to be trapped by troopers when The Bad Batch's Sergeant, Hunter found you. He called for the rest of the Batch to come and they all help you fight the troopers off. Once all of them are knocked out, Hunter turns to you:

"Hey kid, what the hell are you doing here on your own?" he says firmly, but gently, in a fatherly way.
