There was a party going on in the Slytherin common room, many students drinking and dancing to some random popular music.

Mattheo wasn’t in the mood for partying. His friends were somewhere getting drunk, and he was in a corner, headphones on, listening to The Smiths.

He loved listening to music and it was his way of coping. Silently and distracted by the music from his headphones, he sat in the corner on a couch.
